OUR MISSION
CJEI is a community-based organization devoted to justice and equity.
Our mission is to empower justice-impacted communities with training and education to access economic opportunities in New York’s cannabis industry.
Our goal is to develop a skilled labor force of 1500 candidates annually coming from the communities disproportionately impacted. We strive to create a pipeline for access to related employment opportunities in & from the cannabis market.
